Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy governs all use of XENIA and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. It applies to every visitor, creator, and user. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

Eligibility and Verification

XENIA is for adults 18 and over. Creators must complete full government ID verification through Yoti before posting. Viewers browse public content under a self-attested 18+ acknowledgement, except where the law of a viewer's jurisdiction requires verified age assurance, in which case viewing requires a verified account.

Consent Requirements

Every person depicted in source media must be the verified creator or a documented, consenting adult. You must hold a signed consent and release, with government-issued proof of age, for every depicted person, and consent must extend to the AI transformation and to publication on XENIA. Content depicting any person other than the verified creator, without such records, is prohibited.

Absolutely Prohibited Content

  • Child sexual abuse material and any depiction that is, appears to be, is represented to be, or is styled or transformed to resemble a person under 18, whether real, animated, or AI-generated, including any depiction described in 18 U.S.C. Sections 1466A and 2252A.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery and digital forgeries, including face-swaps and AI-transformed depictions of any person without that person's documented consent.
  • Unauthorized use of the likeness, name, voice, or persona of any identifiable real person other than a consenting verified creator.
  • Legally obscene matter under Miller v. California. Animation does not exempt obscenity.
  • Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals.
  • Incest or sexual content depicting family relationships of that nature.
  • Non-consensual, violent, coercive, or trafficking-related sexual content, and the coercive use of weapons.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Soliciting, offering, advertising, arranging, or paying for prostitution, escorting, or any commercial sexual service, on or off the platform, including through any handle obtained through a DM reveal.
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, or impersonation of any person.
  • Circumventing age, identity, payment, or access controls, including by virtual private network or proxy.
  • Sharing, selling, lending, or transferring a verified account.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or republishing content without authorization, or compromising the security or integrity of the Service.
  • Transacting on behalf of a sanctioned person or from a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.

AI-Specific Rules

Do not create face-swaps or composites of non-consenting persons. Do not use styling, theme, or age-adjustment controls, or captions or tags, to make any depicted person appear younger than their true age or to appear under 18. Stylization never cures the absence of consent or the illegality of content.

Reporting Paths

  • Copyright infringement: the DMCA policy.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, digital forgeries, or unauthorized likeness: the Content Removal Policy (rapid removal, no copyright required).
  • Suspected child sexual abuse material: the in-product report tool or [compliance@xenia.studio]; XENIA removes, preserves, and reports such material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and law enforcement.
  • All other violations: the in-product report tool.

Enforcement

XENIA may remove content, restrict features, freeze an account, or ban an account for any violation. XENIA terminates the accounts of repeat infringers and repeat violators, and may bar them from creating new accounts. Where required by law, XENIA preserves and refers violations to the appropriate authorities. Enforcement actions affect access to the Service only and do not affect funds already settled on-chain.
